Mark's Projects

This super-cool Fuzzy Limo classic, 1996, Lincoln is completely covered in jet-black Astro-Turf. That's right, on the outside. Some people might consider it unusual to do such to a car, but what the heck, I wanted a fun ride because it's fun. The fact is, a fuzzy limo is a great way to travel. The black Astro-Turf covering is really quite practical. In fact, I don't understand why every car in America is not covered with the stuff. The ride is smooth and quiet. It's cool in the summer, warm in the winter, never gets door-dings, super easy to keep clean, and if someone smashes into a fender it can be hammered out and re-coated with more turf. Best of all, the stealth, non reflective, surface is invisible to police radar or orbiting telescopes - perfect for a sneaky person. It gets some pretty interesting looks and a lot of attention so maybe not.

The inside of this limo is decorated with a disco-rock bordello theme. It features a mirror with fiber optic stars, electroluminescent piping, plasma screen, fuzzy telephone, dice that change colors, a somewhat tacky fiber optic angel figurine, a bar with LED lighting, lights under the glasses and decanters, a ice compartment, and a light show controlled by 18 micro-processors. The inboard PC provides the sound system with thousands of songs, internet, mapping, and GPS. The interior is black and gold upholstery, black velvet, gold piping, and black fir on the floorboard. It is a disco on wheels. I did everything except upholster the seats.

Sorry, but it's not for charter or rent. I will, however, take you to a concert if you buy the tickets. .
